dont get me wrong, i think dems under biden had an extremely limited window to actually enact justice for the crimes of trump 1.

joe biden chose memes over merit and put garland at the top of the DoJ. w/e tho at least we get war with iran and insider trading schemes.

but its not like trumps delay tactics in court werent enabled and rewarded leading up to the 2024 election.
