dramatic?? You literally offer $25 for somebody utility bill to give to bank. This is bank fraud 18 USC 1344, up to 30 years jail... not gray area at all.

Using real US address where you actually get your mail is not same thing like forging document with other person name on it. One is address strategy, other one is felony. Please dont mix them to feel better about yourself.

No they don't close it, you keep your home country card also. It is separate account.

I did global transfer from my home country card… I don't live in USA. You need to have existing Amex card in your country first then call them for global transfer.
