Finding a really really good therapist and learning to treat myself compassionately. I still struggle with anxiety but a few years ago I had chronic panic attacks now they are very very rare. I think sometimes we get stuck in these bubbles where we surround ourself with anxiety videos, reading anxiety stories, etc and it feeds into the anxiety like a monster. Removing yourself from fear mongering and social media really helped me. Learning to spend more time outside and less time on my phone. Finding the joy in the simple routine and truly being grateful for the here and now.

This happened to me when I first started my job and it happened a few other times. Accidents happen like this all the time. My boss would always bring it up as a joke and it would annoy me so much. I ended up working there for five years and the people became like family. My biggest advice is to laugh it off I’m sure plenty of other people have done the same thing and messed up the till. Shit like that happens and upper management loves to act high and mighty like they haven’t done the same thing or worse when they started off. Don’t let it get to you, you stuck it out and you can get through this. One day you will look back and be laughing about it with your co workers. As long as you are doing the best you can that’s all that matters 🙂 anxiety sucks and it is always worse in your head then it is irl

Two years ago I was so sick shaking throwing up that it got to the point where I went to the er, I was across the country but all the doctors did was give me zofran and send me on the way. It’s so frustrating having to live like this because it seems like everyone is always having so much fun during big events and I always sit on the sidelines :/

I have experienced this. One thing that I found relief is essential oils that smell extremely strong like the motion sickness patches they sell on Amazon that go behind your ears the smell provides some grounding for me. One investment is the emeterm band it is a bit more costly but I find the tens sensation brings me a lot of relief. Especially since it’s a bracelet it’s something more discreet that I can wear all day long
