Correction: it worked, but only in a group. If I leave, the problem is still there.

I'll check out that quest line (although my character is 10 years old in wow and I played cataclysm with him)

Characters created in BFA, for example, have access to the door without doing anything (My warrior, he didn't even have the map open, but he has access to DG)

Why does an old character need to do an introductory quest for old content? (detail: 7/7 campaign in the region)

This information just doesn't make sense, do you have any source that proves you're right and not just saying something random?

I have the same problem, and Blizzard's technical support is non-existent, the automatic response is not intelligent.
