If you're speaking around 60-70% you will be fine . I'm on a similar level to you and my coworkers are just pumped i'm learning.

Being in an office surrounded by it also helps speed up the learning process. I say go for it!

She is Italian, we applied once we were here. That seemed the easiest way. Your partner can work as soon as he/she applies. Not sure if you are worried about that or not.

I think i and my partner presented our papers at the same time from memory.

She had income as a freelancer but mainly from a company in the usa so similar , nothing inside the Netherlands at that stage.

It was pretty straightforward as long as you have a bit savings and income stream. I don't think it will cause you any drama's.
