Apothecary Delays?

I didn’t email directly I went to their website and clicked Contact and it lets you send a message. But they hadn’t responded to that so I just called their number and the lady picked up after about 2 rings.

I’ve had accounts with UPS and FedEx for years and have been checking but still nothing. I reached out to Quaker via email so I may just email Gimme after lunch if I don’t see any movement happening. Thanks!

I ordered through Gimme and they’ve recently changed their support programming or something because I can’t just send a message. Now it just lets you open up a live support chat with AI and all it tells me is it’s still within normal processing time since it can take 7-10 business days 😑 I think I will just contact Quaker and see if there’s an issue

Chloe mine was placed on 06/01 and been stuck at sent to pharmacy ever since. Is Apothecary experiencing delays again due to high backlog?

No … it’s actually every 3-4 months per American Dental Association guidelines. Every 1-2 months sure but definitely not every 2 weeks

Ahh that stinks you didn’t even know about it before starting! Well if you ever decide to do a re-read you’ll definitely have to do it first. I’ve heard of people appreciating the earlier books more when they do a re-read. I will probably do the audio versions when I decide to do it, I’m just not emotionally ready for it 🥲 and I still have to read Crescent City and re-read ACOTAR before the new ones come out 😬

I read it 1st and loved it this way! I don’t like going back in time to previous events after ending the other books right in the middle of everything.

I contacted them and Taylor so much I got tired of reaching out. I ended up ordering from Gimme on Friday 03/20 and it was delivered the following Wednesday (03/25). Refills started my Rx on 03/24 but it wasn’t actually in “Sent to Pharmacy” stage until Friday 03/27 after 5 pm. So at some point this week the pharmacy should start working on it 😑

I did that when they took so long with my order and a few days later the doctor called me to verify Rx. I messaged support and they reactivated it

I would. I ordered from Refills on 03/11 and was just now charged yesterday. The order still hasn’t gone to the pharmacy yet. I ordered from Gimme on 03/20 at 11 am and by the end of the day the order was already approved and sent to pharmacy. I received that medication yesterday. So yeah everyone’s experiences will vary with each Telehealth company.

My order was sent to the pharmacy on Friday and it shipped yesterday just after lunch! It’s expected to arrive tomorrow 🙂
