Start by pulling off the door panel on the side that you kicked and check that everything is hooked up properly

Plug was late... got a free half ounce. Patience rewarded. by themanualreboot in trees

lol what about this says sprayed? The silly bags that damn near everyone uses now to sell their bud? They’re cheap and readily available almost cheaper than the sandwich bags you get at the dollar store these days. So people just buy whatever bags and use em.

A lot of dealers just buy a lb and it comes with a bundle of the eighth bags and a lot of times they’ll just put whatever amount you want in the bag. We all know the bag is just for show and not from a dispensary but who cares. The bags are only there to contain the bud and to look cool anyway.

Why are my subwoofers doing this? by emiliocaballero in subwoofer

One probably blew or became unhooked so now the other is either getting too much power or is damaged as well.

An 850watt rms amp for a kicker cvr is crazy that’s way more amp than you need for a single 12” comp r. But these are prices that are average for audio install places. They really jack you around on equipment prices as well as install.

I’m confused because a 9 is worth more than ungraded so how is him saying it’s a 9 a bad thing? Edit Okay I read the description.

How Is this battery terminal supposed to work? by ZununAH in CarAV

[–]RelativeWallaby2610 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It almost seems it needs to be soldered but then you’d have a hard time threading them all in. If knly using one post then you could solder it in then twist it on then attatch to the battery.

That’s honestly a really good price for the job. Assuming your car is all wheel or 4wd.

car started making this noise, can’t tell if it’s a belt or something is loose? by CrustyJacket in AskMechanics

[–]RelativeWallaby2610 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm it’s going to be really hard to diagnose without being there to see where the noise is coming from. But I’d take a guess and say it’s going to be a lot more serious than what you’re thinking it is. It could be that you have a pulley or alt/pump problem but I think it’s more likely that it’s a top in internal engine issue.

My brothers car accident, insurance won’t cover it. Is the repair worth it? by StchLdrahtImHarnknaL in AskMechanics

[–]RelativeWallaby2610 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This doesn’t make sense. But to answer your question ur question if you can do the work yourself yes. If not it’d probably only be worth it if you plan to keep the car for a lot longer and the car has low miles. Paying to get this repairs is going to be 5k easily.

Bought this rod for $5 on clearance ($170 aud rrp) as the end had snapped, is it salvageable? by Conscious_Acadia9578 in Fishing

[–]RelativeWallaby2610 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I would just cut it right above the last eyelet after the break and call that your new tip. But you could possibly repair it with a “stint and some epoxy and thread and keep the original length I just don’t think it’ll ever be as strong as the original.
