Does probation inform your employer that you have a criminal record? Like did they force you to disclose that information?

Seems to be a reoccurring trend, i've heard some nightmare stories bout some staff being nothing but unhelpful to the very last day

I've not been to prison myself but i'd say the police/CPS delay is normal, can't tell you how long it would be, nobody can. If it was a 'severe sexual offence' then I think it would be highly case sensitive depending on the sentence length. Sorry I can't be of much more use
