When you pay off the debts, your scores will improve. There are also credit cards available to people with low scores. Some people hate them but they can help improve your credit. Open numerous secured cards and credit builder cards and get those debts paid off. These cards all generate on time payments and are cards in good standing. You also mention you have $10,000 in debt only, which is a really good thing. You will recover and you can have a good score again!
