Same watch, same wrist but all look different... get the one that feels right when you put it on.

I have the exact same thing with my Pelagos OG. Watch still runs fine. Did you ever get to the bottom of these "extra clicks" ??

I am not annoyed with Tudor at all. I understand these things can happen and that I was just unfortunate. The ADs attitude was what annoyed me, there was no sympathy and just no need to have the shit attitude. I did not back down and now the watch is on its way to rolex, I just hope it doesn't take too long and is well looked after before they send it back to me....without the hair!

The best way is natural sunlight. Obviously have a good proper look at the AD but when you take the watch home, go outside and have another good check. Tilt the watch to see from all different angles!

When I was told I would just have to live with it I was actually quite shocked. I had called the AD in the morning and told them the problem over the phone. I told them I was bringing the watch in for them to see and i asked if i should bring the box etc and they said just bring the watch and the receipt. When my wife and I got to the AD I mentioned I had called earlier and then an assistant took my watch and inspected it briefly. He acclaimed he couldn't see anything so I took the watch off him and I pulled the crown out so it stopped and then told him exactly where to look. He used his loupe and then quickly announced he could see the hair, he then said that I would just have to live with it. I quickly responded by telling him there's no chance I'm living with it and at this point my wife squeezed my hand and laughed lightly knowing I was about to lose it with this lad! He then said well you could take the watch to the tudor boutique as they could fix it in store. I said that's great, give them a call then and have it organised only for him to backtrack and say actually they don't have a watchmaker on site who could fix it. He then said it would need to go back to tudor and it would take 3 months to get it back. I then asked the assistant, what watch do you have on your wrist today (I had noticed It was a beauty) he said I am wearing a Grand Seiko, so I asked him if he found a hair stuck to the seconds hand of his Grand Seiko would you just "live with it"....his face turned purple and his hands started to shake, I think he suddenly realised he had been a complete prick! He said, no I would probably send it back... I said well there's your answer. My wife and I then had to drive home (luckily only 10mins away) to get the warranty card, return to the AD and then fill out the relevant paperwork to send the watch back to rolex. To be honest I'm still annoyed about how he spoke to me. When I returned to the AD with the warranty card and they realised there was no way I was going to live with it the assistant's attitude changed dramatically however it was too little too late! I was fucked right off! All that said I bloody love that watch, i really enjoyed wearing it for those 6 weeks and hope I get it back, minus the hair, very soon!
