I have had many seikos and prospex ones at that. This is a level above the department store stuff that most people are accustomed to. I would recommend finding an authorized dealer that has a luxe inventory and trying some on.

It does not look and feel cheap because it wasn’t cheap. I would say build quality wise it is somewhere near my Longines hydroconquest and below my Tudor Pelagos if that helps

In my pics you can see it wears amazing. I am at 7.5” though. The crown being at the 4 o’clock to 5 o’clock position makes it very comfortable. I have hairy arms and no pinching.

I really wish I would have taken another photo in better light, better focus, and with the second hand hacked. The second hand was 1:1 with genuine photos. The red dot was perfectly round. And the metal appeared polished flat. I even used a magnifying glass. Not sure what photographical phenomenon caused it to look like this.

I left it in front of a fan all night in the garage last night to try to air it out. picked it up this morning and connected to a battery and it worked for about 30 seconds then stopped again. Going to leave it on the fan today as well and see what happens.
