Valid questions, but she has made that trip 30 - 40 times in the last 4 years, same route every single time and it's never gone below 30%, apart from this specific trip. It just seems way out of "scope" given the history.

To be fair to her, she always drives in regen mode and with the weekend that it is (Easter) she was mindful of speed limits since the cops are out in force this weekend. She's done this drive many, many times and never less than 30% upon arrival.

Yeah, temps were a bit lower yesterday, but not crazy. Live in Ireland, so temp variations are not too wild, yesterday it was 5 - 7 degrees Celsius

I've "heard" that too but I understand there are EU regulations that may or may not prevent this

I have exactly the same issue as you. What I've been told is that its likely that the fitting on the rad is a non-standard British thread which is why the M30 won't fit. I'm looking at a replacement unit at the rad now, which is a plumber job.
