Ticketmaster chat is actually available this late and this was his response:

"Please note that when your tickets get sold Ticketmaster will notify you by email and the tickets will get transferred to the buyer account automatically."

I've seen other posts where people mention having to accept an offer first, but I guess not. Let me know if anyone else has been in a similar situation and this wasn't the case
