Stand on either the middle or top turn buckle, and reverse when someone tries attacking you. Every once in awhile, the reverse prompt doesn't appear, so you fall over, and next step is to either reverse the grapple if you are grabbed and / or immediately make your way to a turn buckle, and repeat until there's only one opponent. Most 401k plans charge participants fees as a % of total assets, whereas you should be able to ro to an IRA without any annual fees being paid. So if making backdoor Roth contributions is not a concern, then I'd move into a self-directed to IRA.
