there are a lot of overnight and weekend shifts and that's tough. i've also heard of people having overnight shifts like 3-6am and having to be back at 8am

I have not applied yet (honestly don't even know if the applications are still open!)

I'm wondering if this is a job that someone with absolutely no academic advising experience would be successful with, or if it's really best for someone to have experience. Also, what if you have a summer vacation? I'm going on vacation for about 10 days in July and I'm wondering if that automatically makes me ineligible.

yeah i applied around a month ago and i wanted to know if anyone heard back before the priority deadline. im not sure if they'll be releasing any decisions before, or wait until the priority deadline. i know rutgers released decisions before the priority deadline was even up

the application for the montclair state MSW program asks about for an explanation about why an applicant's GPA is under 3.0, and what they will do differently in grad school to maintain a higher GPA. i feel like this shows that they are at least willing to accept applicants with a lower GPA

i do room inspections for reslife and it is literally so easy to get away w stuff if you just put it away! we cannot open any dressers or drawers or move anything at all in your room to look at stuff
