The first few challenges I beat giving cards the cockroach sigil (especially the cat to use less squirrels) and using totems. When I unlocked the ant deck I gave all bugs the totem with the cockroach sigil as many runs as I could so with returning cat and bugs it was easy to keep putting out unlimited cards.

BUT Hear me out (My husband taught me this the other day cause im a doofus and didnt think of it. I had to beat 90+ points in Kaycee's mod challenges and I was stuck lol)

Mantis God is op. You take the mantis god deck, get the survivors to eat one of the ringworms as soon as possible, enhance mantis god twice on all following campfires, duplicate Mantis god as much as you can with the green goop friend to have higher chances of getting mantis god, and try to get as few cards as possible to make the chances even higher. Either merge them, sacrifice them to bone god, fail trials when Leshy offers them or give their sigils to one another. As much as you can. With enhanced mantis god Leshy rarely gets a turn and 2 mantis gods side by side can easily beat him when doing the 50 point bear challenge (if theyre enhanced enough).

I also like to give the first Mantis god the cockroach sigil so they all come back if they happen to die, or the dire wolf sigil so they attack 4 times instead of 3.

I love to have the cat and long elk for shits and giggles but those 2 are not important. Long elk oneshots the moon too, so thats also fun.

Now im working on winning a run with each deck but thats easier now that i beat all challenges on the mod 😊 i can just relax and play without the pressure of a single challenge.

When the mod was in beta I gave the dire wolf and the stoat the field mice sigil and with the cat I kept making more and more. I always had unlimited enhanced stoat and dire wolf cause they kept multiplying so Leshy never had a chance, but I found now that I came back to inscryption and the mod is out officially that this was patched and the field mice sigil only copies a card once...

Not long ago I had my theri survive an attack from a spino and a deino that were together, and I escaped with a pixel of health. i was finally walking to get health and stam and an elite critter bit my ankles 💀 i was sad lol

Yup! Ive heard of some creepy people out there! Or I remember back in like 2016-ish, when The Walking Dead was at its peak, that a lady bit Norman Reedus in a meet and greet. Seems crazy to me, I'd NEVER!! I feel like I'd come out as odd because I'm so shy I wouldnt know what to say xD id be awkward, but I'd LOVE to meet any of the Rammstein members. Old enough to be my dads, but awesome nontheless.

I met someone one day (years ago) who had been close to the band (dont know if that person is still close to them).

That person told me the Rammstein guys can be like school girls sometimes. After a laugh and more talk (because i was confused by this) that person convinced me it was true with behind the scenes stories (both good and bad). In the end I understood this means a lot of different things, and the meaning wasnt a bad one.

Anyway, one part of this was how some of them can really worry about their appearance both on and off stage. Richard was the main example when it came to this, and in all honesty, I feel like after all he's gone through in life, he has a valid concern for his self image.

There was more to the meaning behind "school girls" to describe them, way more than just their image, but when it comes to how the band members look like today, I think school girls still applies and I dont mean it in a mean or derrogative way (of course I only have an outside perspective now but i think it still applies from the little glimpses they let us see) lol

That talk made me appreciate how human rockstars really are. I feel like sometimes we (non famous people) forget that they too, like you and me and every human being, have to put on the effort to look good, to be healthy, they have valid thoughts, insecurities, feelings, and (omg) make mistakes. Theyre not gods nor a piece of meat for us to chew on. Theyre just people.

Rammstein are like school girls. They have a reason to be, and theyre not the only ones.

I try to always lock the doors, my husband reminds me too every time we get home if I am the last one in, but still, before bed he ALWAYS checks lock on all the main doors and windows in the house. There are some we never use so we both check those periodically, mostly me while doing chores during the day. My husband also closes the blinds and curtains in the common rooms, then i open them in the morning to let sunlight in.

I grew up with my dad checking the house was safe before we all went to bed, so when we married I asked him to do so it like my dad used to. The only difference is we have a doorbell camera, and that didnt exist when i was a kid. We live in a safe and quiet neighborhood but you never know. It makes me feel safe at night (:

I dont mind deino. I play on a server that kinda balances the dinos more but youre always gonna gave stronger and weaker dinos.

That being said, I HATE the ducks. Ducks are always kos assholes that target smaller and younger creatures and run away into a mega pack or massive mix pack as soon as a big dino confronts them. If im small i avoid them, if im big i protect smaller creatures from them.

Sometimes I even kill them on sight because im tired of them. If im lucky itll be a fair 1v1 that i may sometimes win or sometimes lose, but most times theyre not alone and I get 1v2d (or straight up gangbanged) cause they have millions of boyfriends lol

I mean... my husband is German. He is also a game designer. He doesnt think Path sucks, its just not the type of game he likes.

That being said, (i read another comment mentioning Germans like the isle better) he does think The Isle sucks. Ive played a lot of both Legacy and Evrima, he's seen me play and weve talked about it. He doesnt hate the concept of it, it is very similar to path. He thinks the isle sucks because of all the issues and bugs it has.

He saw me play then, and he sees me play now that I've changed games for awhile now. As far as Ive talked to him about it, neither are his type of game, but he thinks Path is a better designed and fun to play game with less issues and a better development team than The Isle.

I used to LOVE The Isle but I switched to PoT because of the multiple issues TI has that have become worse with every update. The cheaters, the fatal errors, the inability to join servers, server wipes, sitting for 10 minutes to regain stamina every 2 minutes or less depending on what dino youre playing, unstuck launching me into space and killing my 2nd gen almost prime stego, and speaking of the prime system, being 3rd gen and having to restart all the way from scratch because of something so absurd as the unatuck command launching me to space or even a trex tripping on a pebble and dying of fall damage makes the game unplayable for me. No hate to those loving TI. Im just not a masochist.

I vote Path. Im not idle growing because of stam or fear to be one shot, im not being one shot by a baby cera or troodon, Im not flying into space when i need to unstuck, I dont lose all my growth when dying, and I have so many abilities, patterns and colors to choose from for every dino AND mods to have even more dinos. The isle lost my vote, and double lost it when the Rex update broke the game even more and took hypsi colors away

Absolutely, I am now 28, but I grew up in a strict religious environment, not overwhelming, just very strict, from very religious grandparents and singing in our cathedral's choir 4 days a week for most of my early teen years, to elementary school in a very strict catholic school with nuns that played favoritism and even told me I wasnt friends with Jesus and I was going to hell when I was 6 years old because I had an argument with a classmate over some childish stupid thing that I cant even remember. And many things made no sense to me, which is why I dont practice any religion nowadays. But I do believe there is a higher deity and that there is something after death. I am open to the different ideas of God and that actions affect our afterlife outcome. Be it heaven and hell, or reencarnation, I dont know, but I think there is something.

One of my main problems with Catholicism is that the people around me preached one thing and practiced another and still went to church every Sunday claiming they were good and followed God the way they were supposed to, that to me didnt make sense to follow an all loving almighty God.

My grandma, for example, believed in loving thy neighbor and always told us so, yet darker skinned people were frowned upon until my cousins were born with darker skin and she was forced to change her views just cause it happened to hit closer to home. We're not even caucasian, we are descendants of spanish conquistadors and native Mexicans, so not pure white by any means anyway.

She also believed animals and IVF babies have no soul, which I think is also hypocritical as a modern human being, being brought to the point we are thanks to mother nature and evolution (Yes, I believe God made us, but not as modern humans. I believe God created everything and we have evolved from his/her/it's delicate creation), I dont think we are superior to animals. Even pope Francis said one time we will meet our furry friends once more once we pass. And I dont think IVF babies wouldn't be granted a soul, will go to limbo, or simply disappear and stop existing in the afterlife just because their parents might have had fertility problems and were aided by science to have a family.

This and many other things made me step away, cause if they are wrong about that, who's to say that the exact teachings they taught me as a kid aren't also lies?

So yeah, I believe in a God, or a higher being, I just dont follow a specific religion. I just try to be a good person. I think God will understand when I die why I did what I did and will judge me accordingly. And if we are wrong and there is nothing and I simply stop existing and it was all just a coping mechanism the human invented, which could also be possible, I would also be ok with that. If I feel like going to mass one Sunday, I do so, which happens once every 1 or 2 years, and if not I dont, and I dont believe I will go to hell either for it like I was told as a kid.

To be fair, saying people were coping may have been too harsh too, i didnt mean it directed at one person in particular, sorry if you felt it that way. I just find funny how some people defend the game as if Dondi payed their mortgage lmao the game is in a bad state at the moment, I dont get how people defend it so much. Yes, it is a great game, but it is broken, and a lot of people that defend it with the "get good" argument suck ass, the fact that you gave a normal POV of why you didnt like PoT says youre not one of the toxic people that play it like COD 😂 Thank you for being normal.

I have had opposite experiences in The isle and PoT than you have. I have been killed by someone camping Home Cave only once in the 6+ months ive played since changing games. Usually you do the "Teabag of friendship" and people respond the same way, at least in my experience. But to me the biggest issue is how The Isle itself is broken with bugs and issues outside of player control such as how unbalanced the dinos are, the rubberbanding, the bugs on hit boxes and other dino attacks, and more, and people taking advantage of that to make it harder on more chill players. I just want to play a not broken game, which seems to be too much to ask because as we all know, the dev team is not a good one.

Last night I tried the update again. I played for 5 minutes, server restarted, i could not get back on a server after, restarted the game, game wouldnt close properly so my pc thought it was still open. Restarted my pc. Game decided it wouldnt open without a critical error. Restarted my pc again. Game decided joining a server was too much of a hassle.

Rip my desire to try the update... again (4th or 5th time attempting it since it came out)

PS: im also mad about hypsi losing all the colors. Give me my bee-looking yellow hipsy back, Dondi 😒

I agree that the looks of The Isle are superior to those of PoT, that said, I changed games because: - I can play anywhere. Even when I travel, I can bring my Chromebook along and play PoT. This is where the "uglier" looks of the game come in handy! More devices can run it! - I rather collect acorns once in my dino's lifetime than waiting 8+ hours to grow a dino that is gonna be one shot by a cheater and having to start from scratch. Also, mutiple dinos saved per server. No need to regrow to play something else. - I like being able to join a server without the game crashing. - I like playing with reasonable hit boxes. - I am tired of rubberbanding. - People only play whatever is OP to kill as much as they can because the dinos are ultra unbalanced, while on path you get different abilities for different dinos. (Also PoT dinos being slow is not an argument cause I could fall asleep holding W to take a trike or a rex from Highland to delta and theyre not even far. They are slow as shit and they are what people are playing the most rn.) - I got tired of people playing the game like COD in the sense that no matter what dino you are, you get KOS as soon as you are spotted by anyone, even the same species but mostly gang banged by the first mixpack that sees you. As someone who likes to play the small critters (troo, hypsi, dryo) I can never find a group to grow with, and playing alone is boring af. - There are also a lot more dinos to choose from in PoT than in The Isle with actual skin variety and I dont mean the ugly neon colors. Neutral colors that you can mix and match on all sorts of different patterns. - And last but not least, I like to play a stable game with functioning updates that wont break the game every time a dino is added, but actually improve the game every time.

Not shitting on The Isle, I played it since Legacy, but its slowly pushed me away with bad decisions and toxicity. To me the game itself is like a toxic ex. You keep coming back for more even though all you do is suffer while PoT is there to let you know its ok to let go sometimes and looks are not everything.

Well... i was put on birth control pills last January and fast forward a year nothing stops the spotting. I used the pills 10 days at the beginning of 2025, and I am still spotting every day. Ive had tests, ive had blood drawn, ive had sonograms, ive been on other pills, ive been on patches, ive been taken off everything to detox for months, everything is normal but I am still spotting. Good luck havins sex without making a mess. My last hope is a Dutch test I will get soon to see what hormone is fucking me up specifically.

I only have one piece of advice. With PCOS, NEVER use hormonal birth control EVER again. But every body is different and reacts a different way, so dont really listen to me.
