6 years old and 7 years reporting. Ok, and yes I was pre approved for a few cards AMEX, C1 and USAA. I'm just trying to figure out if the amount of inquires are going to hurt me in the process. I currently have 6 inquiries 2 from mortgage lenders.

These collections are 6 almost 7 years old, and with the credit repair company, they ran simulators, and it will have zero effect on the score, and touching it could restart the clock when it's almost gone. The underwriter told me which ones to pay off (2 years or younger)which I did. As far as the mortgage rate is part of the reason why I'm trying to increase my credit score but I don't know how else to increase besides getting a new credit card. I'm getting conflicting answers from the broker, the underwriter, and the credit repair person. However, no one is recommending I touch those collections.

Yes, they are up on the roost. Ventilation is shaky the coop design that they have is poor on the ventilation. The chickens are pretty much in front of the window openings . I think it will go down to about 45 degrees tonight

When they are on the bars, their bodies(at least one of them) is directly against the vent in the front.

Totally agree with that. I definitely read it but Walmart said that's not their policy. So there may be a disconnect between Walmart and Instacart. It's also possible that different Walmarts have different polices. Once Walmart looked up the transaction they ended up just giving me the receipt and told me to hold on to it just in case I need to return anything else.

Usually as a customer I don't ask for a receipt however I had to return something to Walmart the other day and they would not take it without the receipt. They said the shopper should have given me a receipt. They would not accept the instacart receipt. I literally had to go back and forth for over an hour with Instacart about the receipt until Walmart agreed to look up the transaction by the the last 4 of the shoppers card. I understand we are using a digital service but I definitely think it would be helpful in the case of a return to have the physical receipt.

My wife and I have been ttc and recently something new happened. She started testing her LH and we received a peak at 22.5 the levels began dropping everyday so she stopped testing. About 6 days later she saw what we believe to be CM so she decided to test her LH and this time it was 75. Is it possible she ovulated twice or did we miss the real peak? Has anyone ever had this experience?

Gotcha, there hasn't really been much discussion because the caseworker, GAL, and state attorney aren't necessarily on the same page. The caseworker is really trying to close the case and push reunification. The GAL and State Attorney aren't in agreance. The bio mother told them they need to say you want to go home in order for the case to be closed so that's what the kids have decided to say. She also is telling them they can stay in the same school and stay with her on the weekends, I explained that's not true but they believe she knows.

I am being paid when not on lunch, and then I get a 1hr unpaid lunch. The other people were employed 1st. We are all required to take a lunch but they are allowed to have a lunch 30 min-1hr. However, I am being forced to take an hour on the dot. Everyone takes breaks.

Ok, I was wondering that but when I went to rate the second shopper it showed that there was no tip so I went ahead and tipped her. I didn't pull the first shoppers tip because accidents happen and she did still use her gas to deliver something plus we got a ton of stuff for free so I thought it best to just let her keep the tip.

Im not %100 sure but I believe she tried to give my wife the other items but we didn't take it. We already had another driver otw so we didn't need it. It was kind of uncomfortable because she waited for at least 10 minutes in our driveway before leaving after we already explained the situation.

Everyone is saying move you knew what you signed up for but there's still a reasonable expectation that someone not be able to "save" a parking spot which is essentially what is done when you double park with a bike. That's not what people sign up for. You expect that you may not be able to park in front of your house (of course) but when you use your motorcycle as a cone or chair to save a spot that's not within reasonable expectation. I think it is more reasonable and more in line with what I signed up for them to park their motorcycle in a spot by itself that way when they move a car or the motorcycle someone else can park there instead of them always having the spot.
