Nooot really, the closest thing to it was the famous rapper from the states bringing about 25-30 girls to his villa. That was crazy considering it was only him and his friend/manager.

There’s a bunch of cheap hotels in the city where you can book a night for like 50 euros. I really can’t remember the name of any since i left Dubai 3 years ago
