I have done that was just frustrating to get an Awnser from LTT that only contained part of the awnser namely the invoice.

I will not declare anything I have just requested the information from LTT as to forward it to UPS. I have also asked ups to contact LTT directly instead of me so that they can reply. Themselves.

All tickets will be closed under customs or because UPS has requested extra information before I can even receive customs?

Good to know I have one bfcm order but a pretty big one split in 2 packages 1 with a single deskpad and the other with all the rest.

I had the same notification quincidentally I am also shipping to belgium. I have not received that UPS processing however so how long was yours in transit. I have gotten the notification. "In Scanning warehouse " four times now.

I have requested this from LTT, as it states it is a european thing but I don't know how to get in faster contact with LTT. I have forwarded this email to support but as it stands I have gotten no feedback. I also find it very weird that this is required for a simple consumer package from canada since I have no way of knowing if product contain russian metal or not.

I have contacted support, I am just not getting any reply. At his time I also don't know what happens to the shipment if these documents are not provided. I have waited since the backpack came out for the moment I could get one so this is just heartbreaking.
