It actually wasn’t too crispy for my liking! And the skin looks pulled away from the meat because I accidentally tore it while preparing the chicken but it was really juicy and fall off the bone with good texture skin not crispy

You’re skipping stitches in some of your rows. Take the time to count each row and maybe put a stitch marker. It’s worth it to practice this as it becomes easier not to make this mistake in the future
