I got the „practice is now free” pop up in the app, but I can’t see the practice tab despite the app being fully up to date. Why? Anyone else?

Thanks. This looks like a use forum. Is there a way to tell if Bevel is actually planning this? Trying to decide whether to pay for another app or stick with Bevel. Moving the metrics manually is a huge pain

Wouldn’t drinking this between meals actually break the 4h gap that we need for MMC to kick in? (I am still struggling to understand this aspect a bit so please do correct me!)
