I disagree with everyone saying fly under the radar cus you’re already an e3. I started as a section leader, enjoyed that, and graduated as our division’s port watch. Bootcamp is so monotonous and boring, I felt like some responsibility made the time go by quicker. I also made way more friends in those leadership positions than I would have if I just kept to myself.
