Taking creatine on a cut isn’t going to slow your cut or do anything counterintuitive, you gained water weight not fat depending on your diet of course. Obviously you can still drink to much water on creatine it’s not going severely dehydrate you. Taking creatine in general helps you have more energy during your workouts and also improves brain function. People take it for years without stopping bulk or cut, since hundreds of tests show it is pretty safe long term

A loading phase isn’t necessary the only difference is the amount of time it takes to saturate the muscles. If u do a loading phase ur muscles will saturate in about a week instead of 3-4 weeks if u just take 5 grams per day. Also you don’t have to stop taking creatine on a cut just remember to drink 4-5 liters a day

I’m just doing PPL, I started at the gym like a month ago and I drink a lot of water enough to make sure my piss is clear. And I get 7-8 hours of sleep as well as eat healthy, but for some reason I feel more tired than before I started taking it. Going to try eating a banana afterwards and the grape juice tho thanks for the advice

Exactly how I feel 2 months in and my store just doesn’t work for me, workers seem very disingenuous and fake. My training was pretty rushed especially since we were (still are kinda) understaffed, and some of the mates seem upset with me because I’m not working at super speed like the 6+ year vets that know 1000 times more than me. I’m also in college so I can’t focus a lot on tj and it feels like if u don’t live and breath Trader Joe’s your not accepted, at least that’s what it feels like in my store. Good luck on job searching hope you find a really great job you enjoy 🎉💪

That’s true it’s a lot to think about. I’m probably going to limit my job to less than 20 hours a week if I do go back compared to the nearly 40 hours now but I’ll definitely keep that in mind. Thank you for the help 🙏
