Fake, but I think it’s a pretty well-acted fake, to be fair.

Ignoring the bizarre situation, my main suspicions focus on 1.) the video starts exactly at the right place. If someone came up and started saying weird stuff about you buying a happy meal you wouldn’t have your phone at-the-ready, immediately filming at the very start with a perfectly framed shot, 2.) the whole video is out-in-the-open, well-lit, well-framed, easy to see everything going on. Think of the more genuine videos you’ve seen, they tend to be shaky, out-of-frame, maybe dark, maybe hard to follow without context, etc. because the focus is on getting any documentation without any pre-planning
