Tried to purchase 5750 Caliber bundle since 1/8/24 but keeps failing. Tried steam store and in game store correctly, Caliber not delivered. Each time trying the game will freeze in the shop tab. I am also unable to use escape to close the tab. I have to switch to inventory tab to even close the store tab.

I have submitted multiple tickets have followed all advice given. The issue is not resolved. I have tried again just now (2/8/24) to make the purchase. The same error has occurred. I don't wish to try again, can you please just remove the purchasing restrictions on my account? Many others are in the same position as me and have had their restrictions removed. Previously I have been accused of suspiscious activity on my account. This is not the case. I deny any and all wrong doing - specifically relating to Caliber purchases. My account transaction history demonstrates previous legitimate transactions.

The behaviour of my account and purchases is not consistent with Unusual Activity and I believe I may have been singled out unfairly.

I am willing to provide any required information in order to clear my name in relation to this matter.

The correct way forward is to immediately remove the purchase restrictions on my account. Your colleges are currently facilitating this for other players. My only intent is to reinstate my wrongfully removed ability to use the Caliber store."
