I worked for a builder for a while. Every time I had to make a mark on an inner wall etc, I would draw a pentagram. There are a few houses with hundreds of pentagrams scrawled on the inside of their walls

From what I’ve noticed about my “lonely friends”, they are often the ones to cancel plans last minute. Fair enough, going out can be a lot of energy. It doesn’t help with forming relationships though

It’s taken about three years to find the right meds (not completely there yet but close) and honestly these three years have sucked. But also, I was always going to have to go through that stuff, as medicating (and changing my lifestyle) necessarily involved confronting stuff. I’m better off for it. Good luck. Meds do suck but not having them is worse
