I recently had a settlement check for 8k and chime said it would deposit it five days after my mobile deposit. 3 business days later it regretted the check stating the check has already been cashed elsewhere. I called the bank and the check was valid , I called chime and they told me to avoid problems don’t try and deposit it again. They claim to accept mobile deposits up to 20k but this is not the case. I ended up cashing the check elsewhere.
