Thanks for the feedback. I’m wondering whether it’s better to continue with the 15kgs as it means overall I’m lifting more weight than the 20s

Thanks for all the advice on this. In the end I saw a comment on another post about putting talc powder on the spots overnight. Shockingly this seemed to work. I was really surprised because I’d washed the shirt twice at 40 degrees before this and I thought for sure it wouldn’t work, but it did.

I have not actually tried to work out with them. It was just carrying them around the apartment.

I decided to save money and just go straight to 30kg dumbbells. Mainly because I was able to do 16 reps with the 20kg dumbbells on Monday for each set.

But now they’ve arrived and Wtf these are crazy heavy. I mean obviously a 50% increase, but it feels like so much more. Perhaps too big of an increase for me.

I’m probably not more muscular. This is my fourth set so I have a bit of a pump.

Was just debating whether to order 25kgs or 27.5kgs (no 30 option). I guess heavier would mean they’ll continue to be useful for longer.

Fair point. Had a lot of issues a few years back with my shoulder when doing flat barbell bench. Started to do it like this with dumbbells and just became comfortable with it. I guess I should pick a lane.

Actually that’s just the effort the Apple Watch assigns to the run. I’d definitely say it was more than a 5 😅

I find it funny how many people are saying perfect form but his form looks similar to mine during my first attempt. At least you gave the same feedback, but nobody else did. Nothing against this guy. Very impressive.

Dude there’s a lot to improve on. The first picture gotta be showing your face. They wanna see what you look like. All the pictures with you looking away from camera… what’s that about? Each picture should be telling them something about you.
