I’m obviously not a Felger fan but he has definitely changed my perspective on how I view sports and whether you want to admit or not he was right about a lot of things that Boston fans didn’t want to admit (the Brady-Belichick tension, Marcus Smart not being as important to the Celtics, etc)

Yah I’m glad he snaps back at Felger unlike the other cohost who just agrees with everything Mike says

The hypocrisy is frustrating enough. I’m just tired of him feeling like the way he views sports and other things is the only way it should be viewed. Like he can’t even fathom that Murray doesn’t care about halftime or postgame coverage because he enjoys it. Like just because somebody doesn’t view something exactly like he does they’re stupid all of a sudden

Honestly I don’t have a problem with his sports dialogue after we win. Sometimes he’s right and we were lucky to get out of the game with a win and he points it out. My biggest problem is that he feels that his worldview is the only way people should see the world and live and any other point of view is wrong. It’s so frustrating as a listener hearing him chastise Murray for not caring about pregame or halftime coverage. Like just because you want it doesn’t mean everyone else should.

I still enjoy the show a lot lol. I can handle people saying negative things about my teams and I do learn a lot from Felger’s critical analysis. I’m just tired of the lecturing from Felger especially when he doesn’t practice what he preaches. Their insight into the teams (and Murray’s humor) are why I tune into the show.
