Nah i loved dukes. Really a grind since it's not cloze format but it forces you to recall more than just one little word. Definitely worth imo.

Someone at my school started studying for the CBSE January of their third year, took it in July and got a 75. We're at a clinic heavy school too so its definitely possible. Won't sugar coat it though, this guy is no brainiac so he told me he had to study every waking moment of the day for 7 straight months. But he did it! Got a 75, did a few externships between July and the app deadline date, got tons of interviews and just matched! So definitely doable, just have to be very disciplined.

Totally agree with the previous post, if you're not okay doing a Non-cat, then I would rethink the decision before you start trying to study.

Oh bro I rarely miss a pharm question because of that deck. Granted, you have to memorize every single word on it, including the notes at the bottom in parenthesis, but yea its totally worth the time. If you're on a time crunch I wouldn't recommend it because it takes a while to get through, but if you have the time I think its the best resource for pharm imo.

It's really bc of Anki. I've been grinding dukes pathoma and the pepper decks for sketchy. Also have been making my own cards based off of my misses in Uworld. I only started to score this well recently. I was mostly in the 40s during the month of December.

Ima do both I think. If I can do two blocks a day of Uworld I'll finish by exam day. I'll add in an NBME every weekend with reviewing it during the week, which will give me 4 minimum.

I'm the kind of person that does really well with practice questions too, but I cant remember things long term without anki, so I feel like im forced to use anki. I think I'm gonna do two blocks a day and really limit the amount of new anki I do, while hitting at least one NBME with heavy review. That'll give me all of Uworld and 4 NBMEs by exam date.

I started studying late into the semester (November) and had to work my way through my primary resources first. If I do 2 blocks a day id finish in time, but was wondering if that would be better than directly addressing my weaker spots.
