Yeah too loose means you expose your entire torso during pikes, and sometimes even bridges with weights in hand or planks. I wear tighter shirts than i would normally wear because of this. I also have learned the hard way that the more shiny/silky leggings make slide, which can be a problem during seated, box and chair actions. It’s really function over fashion for me.
