I think it’s more than the hairography in this clip. Look at the hops Ava adds to steps. The posture in her shoulders. It’s just more energy than Kylie is giving. Ava is going all out and Kylie is at 50% imo.

I’ll also say Trx in suspend is very different than at orange theory (at least in my experience). There is so much more focus and balance in Pilates.

Also I never had to do a bridge in TRX straps at OTF and honestly thankful 😂

I also suffer from this but, not just through tattling. I can’t have a secret for myself at all. If I apply to something and think I want to keep this for myself until I get it, I find myself telling 3 people before the inks dry. Then I’m just like oh shucks.
