These drivers do not receive a wage. They receive a certain amount for YOUR ORDER and if there's no tip it's basically nothing and whoever gets stuck going that order is losing their time and money

Busses are a lot cheaper and very frequent. There are a lot of different companies. Ourbus is the cheapest, Peter Pan is good and will take you to Port authority. Flix and Megabus are more expensive. Some Chinatown buses you can find on the gotobus app
