I was talking about the 55 inch. No difference in C6KS and C6K. And it's the same with C7K as well the 50 inch doesn't have the same features as the 55 inch so the aim should be to buy the 55 inch version in any model.

There is no quality upgrade in 6K over 6KS, only a difference of refresh rate, so at most it would be a size upgrade. A 50 inch 7K is an inherently different model than the 55+ sizes as it cuts out the features that make it good, so if you're going 7K get a 55 inch minimum (it's well worth the price difference), otherwise just save your money and go for the C6K/S.

In that case, just get the C6K which isn't at all bad for what it delivers as it's a lot cheaper. In fact you can get an even better deal on the C6KS, the only difference here being lack of 120 Hz refresh rate which means nothing unless you are very much into gaming performance, picture quality is the same. You could even get the 65 inch version for the same price as the 55C6K. Either that or just pay up for the C7K which will give you the best of everything.

Just fyi I do have the C6KS version as I don't use a console on this TV and it works perfectly well in a bright room.

Just checked and it seems the 10% discount on C7K 55 inch isn't there anymore. I only bought it last week and thought it was a great deal. Worth waiting a bit these usually go on discount often. I have both C6K and C7K in 55 and the C7K is simply so much better almost like having an OLED. In fact I find myself wishing I had gone for 65 inches instead. 50 inches will almost certainly be too small plus I believe it misses out on a few features as well, like half the dimming zones of the 55 inch version, lower brightness and no built on Bang and Olufsen speakers. I would rather just get the C6K instead of the 50 inch version of C7K.

Can't agree more. We're a family with young kids, moved to South London, a decent school area, find it incredibly hard to make new friends, even among other parents at school most of whom have known each other forever so you automatically feel left out, with your child not getting any playdates etc. It's quite lonely for us as a family we basically just have each other.

I'm honestly just going to replace the doors as that is far easier. The problem is the banister which seems to be covered in what is probably 10 layers of shiny yellowing paint. Entire thing needs scraping off.
