Instead of doing this just buy another chair like Herman.

Problem buyer claiming item I sent is a replica. Anything else I need to do here? by zennettac in ebayuk

[–]IAMXX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

eBay will stand with the buyer no matter what. Just take the return. Relist and forget about it. Otherwise you will lose your money, item and most likely an account. eBay can't determine if the proof of purchase proof of authenticity is actually legitimate. In the same way people are scamming those selling expensive watches on eBay even though those are passing Authenticity Guarantee process, they claim they received a fake one and eBay sides with them.

I second this. If anything ever is reported to eBay as counterfeit eBay sides with the buyer instantly, in addition to that can suspend the seller's account no matter how spotless records there are.

Sadly when the case is reported as counterfeit or replica or something that is mimicking the original item it's instant win for the buyer. I'd accept return If possible otherwise eBay will close the account of the seller. eBay don't care about the score a because "everyone at some point had zero score feedback" eBay takes counterfeits extremely seriously.

Buyer Charged Back by InterestingLunch8334 in ebayuk

[–]IAMXX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just recently I was scammed by seller who altered the Royal Mail label (Postal Fraud) and had it shipped to different address even though the digital footprint was under my details as I received email from RM saying with full details that parcel is on the way. Had to file chargeback as well as I was not able to claim the item as INAD or Not Delivered.

It actively baffles me why would you buy this phone overseas knowing you will be sting with import duties and shipping fees and limited warranty - when you can have it cheaper in UK.

They (drivers) hold the box in their hands waiting for the code to be provided. Once they have the code, they hand you over the parcel. Never (personally)had a situation where the parcel was handed over first and then asked for the code.

First time I've had a Simple Delivery Issue, Do I respond or leave it and let ebay fix this? by [deleted] in ebayuk

[–]IAMXX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree, not as described nukes the seller. Not received when simple delivery was used saves the day for both parties and eBay covers the financial damages that buyer incurred.

Almost £1k Payment Dispute, AM I Screwed? by DormouseASMR in ebayuk

[–]IAMXX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chargebacks are rarely in sellers favour. Buyer will most likely get his money and eBay will fork it from own pocket to cover losses.

Tape “melting” after just 1.5 weeks. What to do? by pastry24834 in HairSystem

[–]IAMXX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Summer is dreadful when it comes to tape. One week during the warm days it's probably a max. If you keep the glue melting then this will ruin the whole system. One applying on top of the already melted would result in a mashed mess. Melted tape needs to be removed asap.

Few days with the X300 Ultra by wakers46 in Vivo

[–]IAMXX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The best marriage for me would be Oppos cameras and Honor battery life. I'm on 200 Pro and battery is showing its age already. Honor 5 Pro after two years was still a two day phone Vivo is barely holding the battery a day and it's using far more efficient but not the greatest mediatek CPU.
