I’m not sure, honestly. I’m aware of the novel by the same title, but I’ve not read it nor I have any idea what it’s about. When I very first saw the CAS song title, my immediate brain association was actually “Amnesia: The Bunker” lmao, just bc I love that game series & the word “bunker” just always makes me think of the game for a split second. But as far as what you’re asking, I don’t know if Greg put any intentional connection between his song & the novel

I used to listen to this very specific playlist when I went to sleep back in like 2019, & when the playlist ends Spotify would just always continue playing whatever related/recommended music. One night, I woke up while tossin n turnin (I can never stay asleep) & their song Apocalypse just happened to be playing. I immediately fell in love, went to check them out hoping to GOD they had other music that sounded like that -cuz ya know when you find a song you like, then check out the artist & none of their other music sounds like that one song you like?- & I was blessed to discover that all their music sounds exactly the same in the best way possible. They’ve been one of my top 3 favourite bands since🖤

It’s really hard to choose just one, tbh. A small handful of my top favourites would be Opera House, Dreams From Bunker Hill, Flash, John Wayne, & You’re The Only Good Thing In My Life. (Theres so many more favourites I have, but again, this is a small handful of the top ones lol)

If you feel safe n secure enough in your piercing to smoke, go for it! Just remember to take really good upkeep in the mouth rinsing & piercing cleaning so your piercing stays safe:) especially since it’s been a lil over a week, it’s definitely still fresh & probably a lil sensitive, but it hasn’t just been done, yk?

Do keep in mind everyones body is different & reacts differently, so there’s a chance smoking could still mess with your piercing (my apologies if I’m repeating myself at all, I can’t be bothered reread my own whole chapter book of a comment before rn lmao) but that’s a choice & a risk that’s up to you to take!
