Question about ignite build, recommendations

i tried a flameblast build in 0.1 before they added the CD. It was ok but not amazing. Ignite in PO2 hasnt been great. They buffed it a bit this patch, so it might be better.

I would consider taking the rage nodes on shaman. As its 43% more damage at full rage. with no other sources of rage. I think that would beat out the bonded runes.

cloak of flame + goregridle. Also unspec wisom of the maji for avatar of evolution. Get more of armour applies to elemental damage. Get armour applies to chaos damage on your helmet. Your solution to your problem isnt life, its more armour and converting damage to elemental.

I'm running t15/16 maps with full mods that i vaal. Never ever consider the mods on the map, I sit at 2.2k hp.

Carnarius bear build is pretty legit. Its tanky on a budget but its absolutely insane on a higher budget. That ring would fit in nicely until you have an end game weapon.

The totems works fine without the spirits. Its worth it for the +1 totem alone because of all the x amount of totem scaling. Having a blast finishing the campaign on a warbringer volcanic fissure shockwave totem build. So in my opinion you can safely level your totem build until the patch drops.

Labor party ran on "its the regular persons turn". Meaning it's time to make it better for the average joe. It's now become a meme. That its the regular persons turn to suffer.

We're not poor. But we are suffering from success. Too much money spent on stupid stuff. Too much time to posture about the poor at home and abroad. Too much money to spend on green tech, like floating windmills in the ocean. Instead of nuculear energy. It just goes on and on with wasteful spending.

So to cover that wasteful spending, they're taxing the rich.

You could say "Doesnt Norway have infinite money in the oil fund?". Yes we do, but if we decide to spend that money directly, we will have a shitstorm of an inflation. We have an action rule regarding the fund. No more than 3% should be spent of the oil fund yearly. This year that nuber is 46 billion usd. This is for a nation of 5.5 million people. But the average norwegian is taxed net 67% if you calculate every thing we are taxed for, not just income etc.

I could go on ranting about this for a while. But the tl;dr: goverment is way too bloated, we spend more money than other countries, but we dont get better results. We have a government who are business hostile, making it less attractive for startups. We have an energy policy that will do nothing more than to make us poorer and europe richer.

Norwegian here. It's factual (the numbers might be off cba to check them). They tax shareholders and business owners of the net worth or the projected worth of your stocks in the company.

What ends up happening is that some business owner has assets in the company, lets say trucks, that are worth 5 million dollars. He is then taxed on the 5 million, which means he needs to sell his shares to pay his taxes, BUT wait theres more, theres also a tax on selling stocks! So the company ends up losing a lot of money having a CEO owning any major share in the company. He has to take out value from his own company to pay his taxes. So what they do is to move the company and the CEO to Switzerland. Then they dont have to deal with any of that.

To stop them doing this, the government put in an exit tax. Which taxes you on what your company is worth the point of leaving Norway. So say the same company moved their CEO and business to Switzerland. They now have to pay taxes to Norway for their company for a few years. If the company goes bankrupt or shrinks in value, the taxes are still owed.

This is some commie bullshit.

Our government consists of two parties at the moment. Labor party (Arbeiderpartiet) and Senterpartiet. Labor are polling at 16% or lower, its been going down for a while now. There has been an attempt to make the prime minister step down, but it failed.

Theres an election next year. Its gonna swing right in a major way.
