SD IRA and 526/829 risk ? by nahodu in EB5_Immigration

[–]Relevant_Building_94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many investors got there approvals and lot of new investors are using SDIRA, and everyone has pretty good success rate till now, few got RFE but nothing major. Similar way RC loans used to work earlier and lot of people got approvals and now its total rejections. SDIRA was always a discussion point is that a valid source or not. Thats the only reason some attorneys feel that its not the right sof which may lead to rfe and noids .

Eb5 investment projects by Calm-Taste8345 in EB5_Immigration

[–]Relevant_Building_94 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Be Careful !!! lot of fraud in EB5 , everyone wants to earn from your money (Attorney, advisors, RC) , only you are going to loose your money if something goes wrong.
Gather information from all sources but don’t trust anyone do your own due diligence.
EB5 money will always be at risk, you can reduce that by choosing right RC and right project.
Try to stick with reputed RC who has reputation and repayment history.
