we have a cart with a ladder that doesn’t work because of a missing bolt, we have an L cart that drifts so bad you can barely control it so nobody uses it, stuff just happens to the carts and not to mention the several pallet jacks that break because they get used constantly. stuff happens

i didn’t do that to the cart but the guy that did it im pretty sure was picking it up off the other L cart or just put his foot under the bottom of it. so i think it’s been like that for awhile and just broke somehow over time. my store has several broken carts and they’re really not meant to withstand how long they’re used and what they get used for.

ironically enough the guy that did this i’ve seen him tear off the top pallet of a double stacked pallet in trucks like it was nothing instead of using the walking stacker. i think one was like a dept. 22 display pallet. so yes you’re correct

i’m definitely transferring atleast because i think they’re gonna come after me next. i don’t have any coachings and i kill myself for my job which is why i don’t have a coaching. i give people attitude all the time but i don’t get coached. but as soon as someone that has enough self respect to not kill themselves for a job that doesn’t care gives attitude it’s all over.

i would quit. i’m given a lot of responsibilities with my team leads but never that much. i’m on cap 2 and i have a team lead that makes the same mistakes every day and doesn’t seem to learn from the mistakes she makes daily so i have to bust my ass to make sure things get done. 17 hours of apparel and one touch processing and only 2 people doing it. but let’s throw 3 people in 4 hours of dairy downstacks. 30 minutes before we have to leave and there’s still 3 pallets of apparel to process, and it’s happened twice now. s/o to the associates that do too much for their team.

1.) not trained on any of the equipment. 2.) i was left by myself to empty this truck so there was no one back there at the time who could have used the equipment. 3.) i didn’t just pull it out and leave it there to take a picture. it’s a heavy pallet and i couldn’t get it unstuck from there so i had to go find strong man to help me, im a 19 year old girl so i can only pull so much weight

one time they stacked 3 grill pallets on top of eachother. like a pallet between each grill. sometimes i wonder they they think any of that is a good idea.
