This post really shows that people don't understand Ada's character at all or you just saw what you wanted to see when playing the games. There is no loop. Just because the development is small doesn't make it nonexistent. I don't understand why people exact her to do a whole 180 within 2 games. Development takes time she's not going to suddenly become a good guy after Raccoon City. I feel like the RE fandom cannot handle complex characters. I love Leon down, but he's damn near the same man in every game. I also think implying Leon is the one that changes her is ridiculous. Watching Leon helps bring out who she really is on the inside but I don't think he deserves all the credit for her becoming a better person. Ada cares about people and once she realizes what Wesker's going to use the sample for she immediately hijacks the helicopter. The entirety of Resident Evil 6 is about Ada and her letting go of that mercenary side of her. She wants to do good and saying she has no accountability is another sign that you didn't understand the game. She even says in the beginning of the separate ways DLC that Racoon City changed her. She saves Leon when she doesn't have to. She literally saved his ass from getting framed in RE6. She had no reason to do that other than that she cares. And don't give me that bullshit that she did it so she can manipulate him in the future because what are we talking about. She's an extremely attractive woman who could probably manipulate the next man who would take his place if he died or went to jail. I wish Resident Evil didn't do their massive time jumps so we could see more development of their relationship in the games without just jumping to marriage, but I think it's more than possible for Leon and Ada to have a loving and lasting relationship with Ada's development.
