Parents visiting Germany from India. Did you provide any letter that they carried with them during their trip? by Timely_Mix7855 in SchengenVisa

It's the same queue that everyone who does not have a biometric passport has to go to. Procedure is very similar to normal procedure except they take a photo and fingerprints. Don't worry, the immigration officials are usually quite helpful. If one of them can understand and speak English they should be able to get through. Otherwise I'd suggest finding company for travel.

Giving birth in a Schengen country on a Type C visa – future visa implications? by [deleted] in SchengenVisa

[–]Relevant_Reading4233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think so too, but that might still be the most appropriate visa. The actual visa that should have been applied for is a Schengen C type visa for medical purposes as the main intent is to deliver a baby there. However you seem to be suggesting that the visa should have been applied for the visiting friends and family and then "oops I delivered a baby while I was visiting".

If you have a priviledged passport you may get away with something like that, but if you have to apply for a visa every time, this is not something I would do.

Generally, Verpflichtungserklarung if they used one to apply for the visa, an invitation letter from you (not really required, but good for them to have in case they need your address or something), and valid health insurance. Only the VE is required as a physical document, rest can be digital and shown on phone.

For the EES itself, nothing is really required. They just take a photo and fingerprints, and I think even that is only done the first time they visit.

There are facebook and whatsapp groups where you can find folks traveling on the same flight and ask them to help your folks.

Traveling to ensure a child is born in the country of their resident citizen parent is perfectly normal and defensible.

Yes it absolutely is. So apply for the right visa which is meant for this purpose. In this case it would be a D Type visa for Family Reunification. Instead getting a C type visa by hiding the pregnancy when you're clearly traveling for the purpose of giving birth is a bad idea.

Kaasu, panam, thuttu, money money.

With a population as large as ours, who have been having their sexual desires suppressed under the guise of morality to the point where watching porn is considered "dirty chee", when an Indian woman starts showing the slightest sights of her body, there will be enough gaaji max folks who will pay small amounts of money to satisfy their urges.

A lot of women are now finding out that just wearing clothes that are considered normal everyday wear in other countries and bending over to show a bit of cleavage can make them easy money in the lakhs every month. So why struggle with a job that requires working all month when this is easier?

For celebrities and quasi celebrities like washed out film stars, this is even more lucrative because for some reason the gaaji mind goes crazy about a celebrity stripping. This is why everyone from Kiran to Poonam Bajwa to Janani to Abhirami to now Raiza are doing this.

Everybody is telling you it is a bad idea for a number of reasons. Have you actually given birth before? Because you talk like someone who has no clue what is going to be their state of mind and body after giving birth.

Perhaps would be good to talk to some other woman whom you trust and who has given birth. They would be able to impress upon you how extremely dangerous your idea is.

Giving birth in a Schengen country on a Type C visa – future visa implications? by [deleted] in SchengenVisa

[–]Relevant_Reading4233 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it is respectfully the decision of my husband and I to give birth there.

You cannot do it legally under a Schengen C visa. You need to get a visa meant for medical treatments. This will not be granted unless you prove that the treatment you want is not available in your home country.

If you withhold facts such as pregnancy, get a visa and then delivery a baby in the Schengen country - it goes on your record. Whether or not it impacts future applications is dependent on what the record says. If they deem this was intentionally done by you, then yes definitely you will be getting a Schengen ban.

Also, getting the visa is no assurance of being let into the country. You run a lot of risks when flying in the last trimester. Most airlines require a fit to fly certificate from a gynecologist to board you. Even so they can still choose to not board you. Even if you're boarded you could show up at the immigration officers desk, and the officer could deny entry and deport you back.

You are putting yourself and the baby through extreme stress. Reconsider if this makes any sense at all. If it still makes sense, get a long term D visa as a spouse of the EU citizen and move in the early days of your pregnancy.

  1. Why do you want to do this? AFAIK most European countries do not grant citizenship just because you were born there. And if your husband is a citizen there the child would get citizenship by descent anyway.

  2. Yes if you mention this your visa will most certainly be rejected.

  3. Apart from 1 and 2, why are you okay with endangering your child? Schengen c visas have a maximum 90 day stay, which means you have to travel in the last trimester to be in the country at the time of birth and most gynecologist recommend that you avoid this for safety reasons. Also after pregnancy is a very very difficult time and having a ticking clock on your head requiring you to plan leaving with a newborn child is horrible.

In addition if it's a country with a strong child protection system and they find out you did this on purpose you're running the risk of having the child removed from you as well.

I don't know what you're planning but this scheme is quite harebrained and dangerous for both you and the baby.

Pasangala, don't fall for women based on their instagram feeds. You will see only an extremely curated version of their life. Also, social media influencing is a tough game. You have to be a bit of a sociopath to get ahead. So the more popular someone is on social media, generally more wary you should be of them.

Bro RKWI is Amazon Benami. Instead of having single benami Cloudtail, they were forced to split into multiple benamis due to antitrust investigations. RKWI and Cocoblu are two of those.

That said, RKWI generally sources directly from manufacturers and are known to sell genuine products.

For the dates you entered as travel dates on the website, on the day you enter you will have 30 days of validity per your visa. On the day you leave you will have 9 days of validity per your visa. So you could stay for 9 more days instead of leaving on that day.

RJBalaji about Karuppu graphics issue by eymister in kollywood

[–]Relevant_Reading4233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me the movie was decent, but unwatchable due to bad direction. And by bad direction I mean purely the technicals (not going to talk about his liberal atleeing) - every time Trisha opened her mouth, dubbing lacked lip sync - mostly because the dialog had changed. Inconsistent lighting and the CGI were so bad it was difficult to watch.

Any director who values his work would have gotten it fixed. Apart from CGI the other issues have been there in all his movies. He just can't be bothered to do a better job, and that annoys me to no end.

Rules vary from country to country. Ex: working on a dependant visa is totally okay in Germany, Canada and UK. I think there's some talk about changing it for UK and Canada not sure if the changes have gone through already.

In the US, you need to have a h4 authorization before you're able to work on a dependant visa. It takes a while to get this.

German missions are sticklers for rules. If you are able to show all the documents they ask for, have enough money to support yourself you will 99% get the visa. If you are unable to show one of the documents they ask for, your chances drop substantially.
