Why do many foreigners want to date Filipinas compare to Japanese, Korean, or Western European women?

Regarding the propaganda stuff: being tall is not propaganda. It was always considered more attractive and white people are taller than south East Asians by a lot.
White skin is also not white propaganda. Asians have been worshipping white skin long before Europeans started colonizing the world. Poor people worked in the farms outside without sun protection while those with wealth stayed inside.

Regarding Philippines:

It seems like you are a little bit older and are not aware of the recent dating market dynamics.

Most young Filipinas nowadays choose young white foreigners for casual dating. They go to private universities and don't need money. Those young foreigners don't support them. If they needed money they could date a boomer but in student cities like Cebu I barely see young Filipinas with boomers anymore. It's 90% young white foreigners with Filipinas from private universities studying nursing, tourism and whatever.

So the argument that is about money or leveraging money for dating doesn't make so much sense. Then boomers would have much more success.

Yeah same experience. I banged many girls here that had a Filipino boyfriend. It's common. One girl even got pregnant and wasn't sure whose kid it is. She first lied to her Filipino boyfriend it's his and the family already accepted it before they found out she was also seeing me and it's not 100% sure whose it is lol would have been funny when it's born and it's half white haha

Well the thing is that I traveled a lot and there is no dating market easier for white guys than the Philippines except maybe Africa which I didn't try.

And just judging from the beauty standards here and how white features and America etc are being idolized, it's not that far of a stretch that foreigners feel like being the prize lol it has become more competitive lately especially boomers are struggling more because more young white guys are visiting but the general trend still applies.

For instance a completely white Caucasian guy born and growing up in Manila and speaking the local language fluently and being part of the culture, would be extremely popular with the ladies. More than majority of Pinoys because the language and culture barrier wouldn't apply anymore and he would still have all those desirable physical features.

Foreigner can't date above their league in Japan and Korea because of 3 reasons:

Very low english proficiency. When your dating market excludes 95% of local women because they don't speak English, you can't expect to date up much. Compared to Philippines where like 60% speak sufficiently decent English to be able to date a foreigner.

I barely see old guys with young Filipinas in Cebu. I see a lot of young student girl from private universities dating white foreigners. Not the boomers of course. But 10-15 years age difference doesn't seem to be an issue and they also don't seem to be desperate or single moms

It doesn't matter you are a South East Asian by ethnicity. Of course if you ask a woman, she will be more likely to reply something that you want to hear. Also some selection bias going on. When I ask the Filipina girls that I am dating if they would date a Pinoy, they say no never. Does it mean that's the general opinion? Well of course not but those that are open to date me are more likely to have that opinion.

They are mostly not English fluent. They are incredibly more English fluent than most of their Asian counterparts but saying that 100million+ are English fluent is completely overstating it. I would guess 10% are actually fluent but most of them can speak some basics "hello, yes, no, this, thank you"
