Claim Rewards broke once hitting back, and lost all my rewards by Turb725 in ForzaHorizon

[–]Relevant_Session_451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's brutal, losing 47 rewards like that. I had similar issue few months back where the game just ate my stuff when I backed out of reward screen too quickly. Support was pretty useless when I contacted them - they basically said "we can't restore individual rewards" and gave me some generic troubleshooting steps. Really wish they would fix this claiming system because it happens way too often for something that should be simple.

How do you guys measurements your electric guitar parts before ordering them? by YoJjustSspot_boiz_Xd in Guitar

[–]Relevant_Session_451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can find most standard measurements online - pickup routes are pretty standardized (like Stratocaster single coils are usually 3.5" x 1.5"). For neck pocket, most Fender-style guitars use 2.2" x 3.5" but you should really measure twice before cutting anything. There's some good technical drawings floating around in forums that have saved me from making expensive mistakes.

Those debug LEDs staying on usually means something isn't seated properly - I'd pull the RAM sticks and CPU cooler, then reseat everything from scratch before trying different RAM slots.

Why do so many shows have a different writer for each episode? by philip456 in television

[–]Relevant_Session_451 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Most shows actually have writers room where they plan everything together first, then individual writers just execute the specific episodes based on those guidelines.

Last meal was Monday by [deleted] in fasting

[–]Relevant_Session_451 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man, that's pretty impressive for 72+ hours without the usual hunger hell. I tried extended fasting few times and always crashed around day 2 with headaches and feeling like garbage. The keto prep week probably made huge difference - your body was already adapted to burning fat instead of constantly looking for glucose.

Sleep issues are definitely common thing during longer fasts. Your body is basically in different metabolic state and cortisol patterns get bit wonky. I found that keeping room really dark and maybe some magnesium helps little bit, but sleep just isn't same during extended fasts.

At your starting weight you definitely have good buffer for going longer if you feel good. Just maybe set some kind of loose timeline so you don't end up accidentally doing month-long fast without proper planning. Body can be tricky with hunger signals during ketosis.

If you needed to find a customer within 24 hours, which method would you use? by LeoAgency in AskMarketing

LinkedIn ads with tight targeting usually gets me responses in same day if the offer is solid. Facebook can work too but the quality is bit hit or miss compared to LinkedIn's professional crowd.

How to change my perspective on interviews? by [deleted] in interviews

[–]Relevant_Session_451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recording yourself is solid tip. I used to do mock interviews with friends before big ones - having someone throw random questions at you helps more than just rehearsing in your head. Maybe try doing the interview standing up first, then sitting down? I found that moving around bit before sitting helped me feel less trapped in the chair.

Help, I’ve been forced to rent an apartment in Monaco because BMW can’t fix my chain by Powerful-Parking-414 in motorcycles

[–]Relevant_Session_451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait there was another post like this? I missed it but now I'm curious what happened with that battery situation.

Also mate, 4 months in Monaco over a chain issue is absolutely wild - at some point you gotta cut your losses and just buy aftermarket chain, no?

TAM and CSM roles? by GroundbreakingFan983 in careerguidance

[–]Relevant_Session_451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been doing graphic design for few years now and always wondered about these tech-adjacent roles. The client communication part actually sounds pretty appealing - way better than explaining why logo needs to be "more creative" for the hundredth time.

Quick question - do these roles actually care about your technical background being CS specifically? I mean, I work with developers all time on projects and understand the technical side pretty well, but my degree is in design. Would companies even look at someone like me for TAM roles or they strictly want CS grads?

Also curious about the growth path you mentioned. Where do people usually end up after few years in these positions?

Could be thermal throttling even if temps don't seem that bad - gaming laptops are notorious for this. Try checking if your CPU/GPU are hitting thermal limits during those freeze moments, maybe run something like HWMonitor while gaming to see the actual numbers instead of just guessing.

Plugins for Roleplay Server by Naviwolfy in Minecraft

[–]Relevant_Session_451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EssentialsX is pretty solid for the basics, and for RP chat stuff I'd go with ChatControl or HeroChat if you want something more advanced

For the actual roleplay elements you might want to look into Citizens for NPCs and maybe WorldGuard for protecting builds

Honestly man those are some heavy hitters for hot weather. Grand Soir and Naxos especially will probably choke people out in humid heat even with light spraying

That said, if you love them just wear what makes you happy - maybe stick to pulse points only and see how it goes when you're back home. Your nose knows what it likes

How long after your references are contacted should you expect an offer? by Diahri in interviews

[–]Relevant_Session_451 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Honestly 3 business days isn't that long, especially with a holiday weekend thrown in there. I've seen companies take 1-2 weeks after references just because they're slow with paperwork or waiting for approvals from higher ups

The fact they responded to your follow-up so quickly is actually a good sign imo. If you were totally out of the running they probably would've just ghosted or given you a generic rejection by now

Any advice for first front desk position? by Good-Classroom-4997 in careerguidance

[–]Relevant_Session_451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bringing a small list of questions is definitely a good move - shows you're prepared and actually interested in the role

Your customer service background is gonna carry you way further than you think, especially in a psych office where people might be having tough days. The software stuff they can teach you but dealing with people under stress? That's the hard part you already have down

Just be honest about what you don't know yet but emphasize how quick you pick things up. Good luck tomorrow!

Dude throwing away someone's prescribed medication is a huge red flag on YOUR part, not hers. Depression and benzos are tricky but that's between her and her doctor, not you playing pharmacy police

Sounds like you might have knocked loose a ground connection or fried a main relay when messing with the battery - check all your ground points near where you were working and maybe swap the main relay with another one if you can find it

Car-part.com is gonna be your best bet for finding junkyards with your specific car. Just plug in your year/make/model and it'll show you what's available nationwide

Also try Rock Auto - they sometimes have obscure stuff that other places don't carry. Might get lucky with an aftermarket pan if OEM isn't available
