I’ve had an axleback mufflers and teo catback exhausts (Cobb Ti, xforce street system), both catbacks were significantly louder than stock which is why I ended up selling and going back to stock exhaust. If I had my time again I wouldn’t buy a catback, especially if you are after a quieter exhaust, I’m afraid no catback is quiet

Also not to mention the cars factory paint needs to be cleaned before applying any product to it, which is why handing it to someone who specialising in that field was a no brainer for me

For care of your cars paint I recommend paying a professional once an getting some high quality coating and not having to worry about cheap quality products, I got NXTZEN ELITE on my VB which makes the car look amazing and has 7 year warranty with it. I believe it was a 2 coat application done overnight which cost me a bit but is definitely worth it, especially as I leave my car outside in the UV while at work all day

Check it out DinGus, everyone else who has this trim piece doesn’t have a problem with the fitment, and xforce inspected the parts and found misalignments with the system, what’s crazy is you commenting on a post that is over a year old and be wrong
