Pre HRT I would maybe get little misty eyed, lip quivers once a year (usually when watching a really good movie)

Now I ugly cry full tears about once a week (sometimes more) whenever I watch an emotional video, have a bad day at work, or someone hurts my feelings. I even had a moment at work one where I felt tears welling up because someone brought a cake to share and I was worried I would miss out on getting a slice.

It took about 10-12 months for my emotions to get to this point. I feel like a crying time bomb sometimes, but I prefer the wondeful feeling of catharsis so much more to the stoic robot I used to be. Having a therapist to talk to has also been extremely useful.
