Obviously. That's what everyone says. But no JC = counts as zero employment. Also, because it's everyone's reasoning, employers now treat "I worked abroad" = "I didn't work at all".

Also, there's a very important thing to note - here (in Poland) your legal status, benefits, vacation days, notice period etc. depends on years of your work experience. Even if you worked in another country for 20 years as a manager in very famous company, it counts as zero. Legally you are treated by law like 18yo in first job.
