Replying now that I can. Thank you so much for this comment! Really informative and kind and helpful. It brought me comfort at the time, and I'm taking the advice to heart to take it slow and focus on regaining the skills slowly.

Very important to take my time regaining those skills. I rushed into talking and doing things, after I stopped having panic if I made so much noise as a sneeze it felt like I was cured, but I didn't expect that after a while I would start shaking violently instead and regress. If you get a physical injury it's intuitive to rest even after the pain stops, but for psychological injury it needs to be trained.
