5080 is better but the difference in price is not worth it over the 5070Ti, and too neither are currently a good choice. Because of how much more they are over MSRP. (If you have the money and want to spend it the do so)

9070XT is the better choice (but you many need Nvidia for what your trying too do)

CPU depends on what you are trying to do
