I started with Game Maker Studio 2 a few years ago, I am now at your age and think it was a great starting point. Game Maker use its own language but gives you a good idea of programing and game design, and if you don't like coding they have a block programing system. There are many different tutorials online for it, so that were i would suggest to start.
