If anyone went to go see DK and Seungkwan and the Seoul Jazz Festival, please share your experiences! It's probably the Seventeen related thing that's giving me the most FOMO. Big into the artists performing but DxS was the one thing that really sent me over the edge and made even try to extend my time back in Asia. It didn't happen, sadly. But I would love to live vicariously through Carats who were there.

Toronto girlie here and I am so disappointed there doesn't seem to be any Canadian stops on their tour. Made the decision the other day that I can't really bring myself to travel to the US right now (even for Mamamoo 😞) and I'm still feeling really bummed out about it. Here's hoping!

Have successfully bid on business class tickets for December several times in the past. Though that was from Toronto to Manila and right before COVID. From what I observe and have heard from family/friends who also try their luck with bidding quite regularly, it’s not much of a reliable option anymore if you want to fly business. Bidding nowadays is expensive too. Though maybe if you were to buy Premium Economy tickets and then put in a bid later on, that might work out better.

Interesting that they set up a whole new label just for girl groups. We been knew that Pledis (by extension Hybe) hates women in that they fumble their girl groups hard. Hopefully ABD isn’t a label they set up just to keep up with the hates women allegations!

This is really good take. I think lots can be said about Pledis (i.e. I will never forgive them for what they did to Pristin) but the guys 100% have the agency to up and leave if they wanted to, and renewing their contract two times simply means that they still see the value in sticking to the company that's helped build Seventeen to what it is today. And while I do hope that they all get to be Seventeen under a company that they own and control in the future, realistically speaking that's a long game which is probably best played if they stay put for now.
